Establishment Permit
Tehran regional Water Joint Stock Company was established based on article 3 of the Act pertaining to the Establishment of the Ministry of Water and Electricity, passed on May 6, 1963 and article 2 of the Act pertaining to the Establishment of the Dams Lands Utilization Companies of April 23, 1968. In view of article 197 of the Trade Law and Article 6 of by-law in the same law, a summary of declaration letter and article of association of Tehran Regional Water Joint Stock Company which had been established on Mach 21, 1969, containing 46 articles and 4 notes were registered at the Deparmtent for the Registration of Corporations and Industrial Ownership under number 14024 on June 24, 1970; and subsequently, the notices were published at official gazette volume 575 on January 21, 1970.
